Hometown Helena this Thursday, July 11th: New Healthcare Leaders, Man Up Crusade

July 9th, 2024

Hey y’all!

Hope you enjoyed your holiday weekend. I don’t think we could have asked for better weather! Anyone catch Sheriff Dutton riding in the Lincoln Independence Day parade? What I would give to see him lasso a bad guy…

Undersheriff Colbert will be giving us an update on this year’s Man Up Crusade, which aims to reduce domestic violence in society and contribute to social change by promoting safe and healthy relationships through education, advocacy and funding community services and programs that share in our mission. It’s a truly worthy cause and will be a great addition to the Last Chance Stampede!

This week we continue our series introducing new leaders in the community. We’re joined by Jamie Palagi, CEO of Intermountain; and Blair Fjeseth, CEO and President of Mountain Health Co-Op. These two organizations are changing the face of healthcare in our city, offering more options for treatment, care, and payment. In this challenging landscape, these two organizations are doing the hard work of filling gaps in service.

We’ll see you at Helena College on Thursday morning, either in person or over Zoom.
